Pay in 3 Installments with Monetico on Odoo: the Split Payment That Boosts Sales

A 900 € basket makes people hesitate. Three payments of 300 €, much less. Paying in 3 installments reassures your customers, raises the average basket and reduces cart abandonment.

With Monetico Split Payment, your customers pay in 2, 3 or 4 installments by card on your Odoo shop, with the bank you already use: Crédit Mutuel or CIC.

⚡ How does it work?

1. At checkout, the customer chooses “Pay in installments”.
2. They enter their card only once on the secure Monetico page (3D Secure) and see their schedule.
3. The first installment is paid: the order is confirmed, you can ship.
4. Monetico collects the next installments every month. Odoo records each payment on its own.

Example in 3 installments: an order of 100.00 € is paid 33.34 € today, then 33.33 € next month and 33.33 € the month after.

What do I need from Monetico?

Do I need Odoo Enterprise?

No. The module works with Odoo Community and Enterprise. It is built on our Monetico payment module for Odoo.

Is it secure?

Yes. The card is entered on the Monetico page with 3D Secure. Odoo never stores card numbers.
