Odoo implementation built around the way you work

To set up Odoo, we start from your processes, configure standard Odoo wherever it fits and only develop what is really missing. Your teams are trained and supported until Odoo runs their daily work.

Our approach

Your processes first, then the modules

An implementation that starts from a list of modules ends with a configuration nobody uses. We start with workshops with the people who do the work: how a quote becomes an order, how goods are received, how invoices are approved.

  • Standard Odoo first: configuration before code.
  • Custom development only for what Odoo cannot do, as separate modules.
  • A first scope that goes live quickly, then the next modules.
  • Your data imported and checked with you.
What you get

What an Odoo implementation includes

Analysis workshops

We map your current processes and decide with you what standard Odoo covers and what needs adapting.

Configuration

Companies, taxes, warehouses, sales and purchase flows, access rights: everything is set up in standard Odoo.

Odoo customization

Data import

Customers, suppliers, products and opening balances are imported, then checked with your team.

Migration and data import

Custom modules

Only for what Odoo does not do, as separate modules that survive the next version upgrade.

Odoo module development

Training

Each team is trained on its own screens, with its own data, before go-live.

Odoo training

Go-live and support

We stay available after go-live to fix what only shows up with real use.

Our method

How an Odoo implementation project runs

Four steps, with your approval at the end of each one.

  1. Analysis

Workshops, list of processes and scope of the first go-live.

  2. Configuration and development

Odoo configured on a test database, custom modules where needed.

  3. Tests and training

Your teams test their daily work on the test database and learn to use it.

  4. Go-live

Data imported into production, start-up, then follow-up during the first weeks.

Frequently asked questions about Odoo implementation

Odoo Community or Enterprise?

Community is free and already covers a lot. Enterprise adds modules such as full accounting, Studio and the mobile apps, plus support from Odoo. We look at the modules you actually need before recommending one or the other.

Our comparison of Odoo Community and Enterprise

Odoo.sh, Odoo Online or our own server?

Odoo Online is the simplest option but does not accept custom modules. Odoo.sh accepts them and is managed by Odoo. Your own server gives you full control but has to be maintained. We help you choose based on your modules and your IT team.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on the scope and on how available your team is for workshops and tests. We start with a first scope that can go live quickly, and we give you a schedule after the analysis workshops.

What do you need from our side?

One person who knows your processes and can make decisions, time for the workshops and the tests, and exports of your current data: customers, products, balances.

Can you take over an implementation started by another provider?

Yes. We start with an audit of the database and of the custom modules, then propose a plan to fix, complete or migrate it.
